*160 ACRES* E 1150 Rd
Very secluded 160 acres of just about everything a off-grid outdoorsman could ask for. It has over 5500 ft of river frontage with a combination of beautifully flat, white sandy beaches and steep-sided banks. The Canadian River flows and curves through this property from the North to the Southwest corner. On the west side of the river, the terrain is flatter with an abundance of river cane that grow under a canopy of mature oak and sycamore trees. There is also a 3-sided metal structure that holds 30 years of deer camp history and would house a flat-bottom boat that easily and quietly got you across the river. On the east side of the river there are steep ridges and deep draws with mature timber, including large bur oaks, that provide a great habitat for the wildlife and incredible tree stand locations; small streams flow through this side to a small area of wetland and a small pond (handmade by beavers). Huge bucks are known to have come out of this area.
From I-40 take Highway 48 South 3.8 miles to the gate on E 1150 Rd, Property is located 1.5 miles east. This is a dead end road.
